Description: Somogyi Classical:

USED, 1981, Excellent condition. Brazilian Rosewood back and sides with a Spruce top, appears to be some type of European.

Brazilian rosewood top trim and body binding, as well as back center strip and tail wedge. Signature Burled headstock faceplate.

Rosewood headstock backplate. Gold tuning machines with MOP buttons. Ebony fretboard; carved Rosewood bridge.

Traditional rosette. Some repaired dings on the headstock and some checking on the back of the neck at the base of the headstock.

This guitar is very light in weight and EXTREMELY responsive to even the lightest playing technique. I could go on & on about its voice, but suffice it to say, the base price on this guitar today is 28k, and deservedly so!

Some specs: 10 1/2" upper bout; 9 3/8" waist; 14 9/16" lower bout; 39 3/8" overall length; 4" deep at the tail. Worn, presumed original hard shell case included.
