Description: 2007, Used, Near Mint : This was a 2008 Winter NAMM show star! Premier range S35X Walnut / Alpine with figured maple bindings and ebony/maple bound fingerboard. This is Bastogne Walnut, much more beautiful and much harder than the usual Claro Walnut out there. Multiple purfling lines encircle the top and the fretboard as well. The top is very tighly grained and almost white -- beautiful ! The body is bound in Curly Maple. The Fretboard is bound in Ebony. The back & sides & back center strip are accented with purfling lines too. Clear pickguard. Abalone rosette. 5 piece laminated neck. Shorter scale ( 24 51/64") length for ease of play. Split saddle in a Bocote bridge. Ebony fretboard that measures 1 25/32" at the nut. Gold Gotoh 510 tuning machines with genuine Ebony buttons. Extremely lively and LOUD guitar !
