Description: Huss & Dalton Custom TD-R: Custom D with brilliantly figured Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. It has a little BirdsEye figure in the back as well. The fine Red Spruce top has bits of bearclaw figure, and is very clean and white. Custom herringbone rosette that ties in nicely with the herringbone top purfling. Grained Ivoroid body binding, tail wedge and heelcap. Mahogany neck with diamond volute. Brazilian Rosewood headstock faceplate with abalone logo. Nickel vintage 1930's style oval knob Waverly tuning machines. Ebony fretboard with slotted diamonds & squares in abalone. Ebony bridge with vintage through saddle. Ebony bridge pins/abalone dots. Tortoiseshell colored pickguard. This is perhaps the best sounding dread we have ever had from Huss & Dalton, it has a soulfulness and richness we have not heard and tons of headroom. Standard tweed case included.
