Marc scored this top from a man who bought the log from a guy who worked at a Cedar Shake Mill. How cool is that? It sounds AMAzzzzING! Stunning spalted Maple rosette. Koa body binding that matches the koa buttons on the Gold Vintage Waverly tuning machines. Fine, cocobolo top purfling that matches the binding on the soundhole. The headstock faceplate is bookmatched Brazilian. It is so dark, it is hard to see it, but it is Wonderful. Ebony fretboard that measures 1 3/4" at the nut. Ebony bridge with 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle. Did we mention the side sound port?? Did we mention the gorgeous, ergonomic Koa bevel? OHSC (custom fit AVS) included in our price.
