One of Marc's rare, Italian Cedar tops (not to be confused with the much more common Western Red Cedar). Soft cutaway. Hand made Wave Rosette of Maple & Brazilian Rosewood. Top AND Back ergonomic bevels of Cocobolo. Cocobolo body & soundhole bindings. Delicate Red purfling lines adjacent to all bindings & on the headstock - tasty! Ebony fretboard & bridge. Slotted headstock with figure Brazilian Rosewood front & back plates. Gold Waverly tuning machines with Snakewood buttons. Marc's patented design on the heelcap consisting of multiple colorful purfling strips. Maple back center strip and tail wedge. The short scale makes this guitar a breeze to play and gives it a full, rounded sound. The Italian Cedar is more stiff than Western Red, so the tone is warm, yet clearly defined.
